Shipping & Returns Policy
What items can be returned?
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any kind of swimwear. All other items can be returned if you are not completely satisfied with it. Simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. So you have 14 days from the day you received your order till you can get it back in the mail and email us the tracking number. If more than 14 days have gone by since the time you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that do not come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
We are sorry but we do not refund any shipping fees including return shipping fees. For any international orders that received free shipping and is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
How to return/exchange unsuitable/unwanted item?
Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item(s), please re-pack the item(s) in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
3. In our confirmation email we will provide you with the return address. Please use a shipping/postal service that can be tracked and provide us with the tracking number.
4. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
You can expect to receive your refund within a few working days of your package return.
We are not obliged to provide a refund until we receive the returned products.
How to return faulty item?
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order through our Contact Us page and give us your order number, your name and address, and the reason for return. Please also attach a photo of the faulty item to your email.
